Player Notes

Defender Claire Constant scored her first professional goal to equalize at the 63rd minute. Constant won nine duels, made four tackles and recorded four clearances.

In her second appearance for the club, forward Lexi Fraley made her first professional start and won a team-high 11 duels.

Forward Alyssa Walker made her first start for D.C.'s side and completed 90 minutes.

Goalkeeper Morgan Aquino made four saves in her 16th straight start and completed 90 minutes for D.C.

"It wasn't a great performance by us," Namazi said. "When teams try to distract our rhythm and that's their plan, they play it more a direct style of play. We struggle with that. Fortunately, we were able to get that tying goal and get a point out of the game."

"After coming off a big win I wish we had taken momentum and put it away early in the game," Constant said. "We let them take control of the game and it hurt us a little bit. We did a good job when we switched formations of managing it a little bit better but we have to put the game away. I hope we can learn from this, move forward and get the next win,
