Roanoke Dazzle News Release
GREENVILLE, S.C., March 17 â The Roanoke Dazzle has acquired guard Antoine Landry from the NBA's National Basketball Development League available player pool, according to an announcement by NBDL director of player personnel and basketball operations Chris Alpert and Dazzle head coach Kent Davison.
Landry, a 5-11, 175-pound rookie from Louisiana-Lafayette ('04), assumes the roster spot vacated when Cory Alexander was signed by the Charlotte Bobcats on February 23. As a senior at ULL, he averaged 13.3 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game. He has not played since wrapping up that senior year.
Landry is expected to be in uniform when the Dazzle hosts Fayetteville on Saturday. He will wear jersey #22.
