Dash Midfielder Emily Ogle to Miss the Remainder of the Season Due to Injury

Houston DashÃÂ midfielderÃÂ Emily OgleÃÂ underwentÃÂ surgery on her right knee after a season-ending injury earlier this month.ÃÂ OgleÃÂ is expected to missÃÂ the final nine games of the regular season.ÃÂ

OgleÃÂ joined Houston on Dec. 16,ÃÂ 2020ÃÂ in a trade with the Portland Thorns. The midfielderÃÂ signed a two-year contract extension on Dec. 31 and appeared in 11ÃÂ games for HoustonÃÂ across all competitions.ÃÂ

The 25-year-old made her Dash debut and earned her first start for the team in Houston's 0-0 draw with the Chicago Red Stars April 9 in the 2021 NWSL Challenge Cup.
