SAN DIEGO - The San Diego Gulls agreed to terms with forward Darren Clark for the 2005-06 season, head coach Martin St. Amour announced on Tuesday. Per club policy, terms of the deal was not disclosed.
The 30 year-old Clark will make his return to the team after notching 31 points (12g, 19a) and 38 penalty minutes in 64 games last season for the Gulls. Clark had a team-leading plus/minus rating of +16 at home and also had an eight-game point streak that tied him for the club lead.

Clark has played in both the International and American hockey leagues during his five professional seasons. He notched a career high 24 goals and 56 points with the ECHL's Peoria Rivermen during 1999-00, his rookie year.
