
Daredevils Sign Montana's Steve Horn

St.Catharines, ON - Sep 6th, 2005 The Niagara DareDevils Basketball Club announced the signing of 6'6" G/F Steve Horne out of the University of Montana.
In 2002/2003 Horne ranked 10th in the Division I Big Sky Conference with 14.2 ppg to go with averages of 7.2 rpg and a 83.2% free throw percentage. He was also named to the Big Sky All-Tournament team. During that year, Horne scored 16 pts, 7 rebounds and 5 assist in upset win on the road against Stanford that made ESPN's Plays of the Week.
This summer, Horne played for the Butte Bandits of the AAPBL averaging 14.6 ppg during that time. Steve will be in Niagara on October 14th to complete physicals and prepare for training camp.
