
Danville Braves preparing for 2006 season opener

DANVILLE, VA - The Danville Braves open their 2006 season with a three-game home stand against the Burlington Indians beginning on June 21st.
All three games will be played at 7:00 PM at American Legion Post 325 at Dan Daniel Memorial Park.
The Danville Braves will be giving fans a wide variety of exciting promotions throughout the 2006 baseball season starting with this opening series. On both June 21st and June 22nd, the Braves will be handing out 2006 Schedule Magnets courtesy of First Citizens Bank to the first 1,500 fans in attendance. Then, on June 23rd, the first 500 fans through the gates will receive a Braves Cap courtesy of Abercrombie Oil.
Tickets start at only $4.50 and are currently on sale for all three games. In addition, a very limited number of reserved seat season tickets are still on sale for the 2006 season. Danville Braves season ticket holders are awarded a wide variety of benefits and privileges throughout the season.
