
Cyclones Announce Preseason Schedule

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Cyclones, ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Montreal Canadiens and Nashville Predators, announced this afternoon they will play a pair of road preseason games in preparation of the 2007-08 hockey season.
The Cyclones will open the preseason at Youngstown (Central Hockey League) on Friday, October 12 at 7:05pm. The club plays its other exhibition game on Sunday, October 14 at Dayton. Rink location and game time will be announced shortly.
The Cincinnati Cyclones open training camp on Saturday, October 6 at their practice facility, SportsPlus (10765 Reading Rd., Evendale). Practices are scheduled for each weekday morning from 10am-11:30am.
"The preseason games give us a chance to evaluate our players," Cyclones Head Coach Chuck Weber said. "The competition for positions on this roster is going to be intense and we want the players to be tested. Getting opponents like Youngstown and Dayton assures us of testing this team out against solid competition."
