
Cyclones Announce 2010-11 Radio Flagship

CINCINNATI, Ohio -- The 2010 Kelly Cup Champion Cincinnati Cyclones, proud affiliate of the NHL's Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators, announced today that 97.7 and 99.5 MAX FM will be the team's official radio home for the 2010-11 season. A total of 23 regular season games and all road playoff games will be heard on the Cyclones radio flagship.
"97.7 and 99.5 MAX FM are very excited to be back broadcasting the Cincinnati Cyclones," said MAX FM Program Director Brian Elliott. "We're very proud to support the Cyclones on their quest to win a third Kelly Cup title this year. It will also be a chance for Cyclones nation to discover MAX FM and the great variety of music we play."
Nick Brunker, Cyclones Director of Public Relations/Broadcasting/New Media, will call the action this year. He has previously delivered play-by-play in both professional and college hockey, baseball, basketball and football. All 72 regular season and playoff games can also be heard on the team's official website, CyclonesHockey.com.
"Being back on MAX FM is great for us," said Cyclones General Manager Kristin Ropp. "With their strong FM signal, Cyclones fans all across the tri-state will be able to follow our team all season long in stereo."
