Curve ticket prices to remain the same for 2005

(ALTOONA, PA) – The Altoona Curve, the Double-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, has announced that there will be no increase in individual game and season ticket prices for the 2005 baseball season. The announcement marks the second consecutive off-season that there will be no increase in Curve ticket prices.

Individual game and season ticket prices for the 2005 season once again will be as follows:

Individual Season

***Children 12 & Under and seniors 65 & over receive a $1.00 discount on Terrace and Grandstand Level seats

"Keeping Curve baseball affordable for families and groups is our most important objective," said Curve General Manager Todd Parnell. "Ever since the final pitch of the playoffs we've been preparing for the 2005 season and the decision to keep ticket prices at the same level as the past two seasons was one of our first priorities."

Among the highlights of the Curve's 2005 schedule includes home games on Memorial Day (May 30 vs. Reading) and the Fourth of July (vs. Erie) and 11 weekend series throughout the season.
