NORTH AUGUSTA, SC: SRP Park and the Augusta GreenJackets are excited to announce a slate of Legion Baseball Showcase games at SRP Park this week. The community is invited to come out and enjoy legion baseball on the river.
"We are excited to partner with legion Baseball and offer them the opportunity to play in our state of the art facility," stated GreenJackets Vice President Tom Denlinger. "We know the combination of this unique opportunity, smells of baseball fare in the air and our beautiful facility will make these games memorable events for the players and the entire community."
2022 SRP Park Summer Legion Showcase Schedule:
Tuesday, June 21st-Gates open at 5pm
5:30: Drive 15u vs Cola Co 14u
7:30: Rockdale Co Post 77 19u vs Evans Post 192 Stripers 19u
Wednesday, June 22nd-Gates Open at 3:30pm
4:00 Post 77 vs Post 192 17u
5:45 Dekalb Lions 15u vs Drive 15u
7:30 Richland Post 215 vs Evans Post 192 Stripers 19u
Tickets will be available at the Main Gate of SRP Park for walk up purchase only. Proceeds of ticket sales benefit Legion Baseball. Pricing is as follows:
$10 a person
$5 Under 16
6 and under free
Military in uniform Free & Military/Veterans with proper ID $5.00
Parking will be available in the Stadium Deck located across from SRP Park.
The GreenJackets will be selling concessions at all games from the Back Nine Concessions Stands, so fans can enjoy delicious ballpark fare and cold beverages during the showcases.
