Denver, Colo. – Colorado Crush wide receiver/defensive back Ahmad Hawkins has been named the Arena Football League's ADT Defensive Player of the Week for Week 10 of the 2005 season, the league announced today.

Hawkins (5-10, 188, Virginia), in his third AFL season and with Colorado, helped lead the Central Division-leading Crush to a 61-40 victory over the Las Vegas Gladiators on Sunday.
