
Crush Hunt Continues

The Orange County Crush team tryouts went on as scheduled last week. Local players as well as players from across the country converged on the American Sports Center in Anaheim, California, with hopes of making the cut.
Former NBA greats, Norm Nixon, Keith Erickson, Lucius Allen, Craig Hodges, and Corey Gaines assisted Head Coach, Earl Cureton, in assessing the talent. Seven talented players were selected and will move on to training camp in late October.
The hunt continues, as the Orange County Crush are in search of three more talented players.
The final Crush team tryouts will be conducted at the American Sports Center in the city of Anaheim, on Saturday, October 9th. Registration is from 8:00 a.m. â 10:00 a.m. Tryouts will begin at 10:00 a.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. The cost is $100.00 for new candidates. If you have proof that you have previously tried out for another ABA team, the cost is $75.00
