Commerce City, Colo. (Apr. 25, 2003) - The Colorado Crush has announced that WR/DB Thal Woods has been signed to the 24-man active roster, and DS Adrian Lunsford has been placed on the injured reserve list.
Woods, a rookie out of Colorado State, was active for the first three games of the season, but did not play. He was then placed on the injured reserve list on February 20 due to a hamstring injury.
Lunsford has been placed on the injured reserve list due to a right shoulder injury he re-injured against Tampa Bay last weekend. He initially injured his shoulder against Dallas on March 7, and was inactive during games against Arizona and Detroit due to the injury. Lunsford currently ranks third on the team in tackles with 30.5. He also has one interception, one fumble recovery, and 11 pass break-ups on the season.
