Crunch Offer Ticket Special for Syracuse Sports Double Header on October 11

Syracuse, N.Y. - The City of Syracuse is being treated to a sports double header on Saturday with Syracuse University's football team hosting No. 1 ranked Florida State at noon, and the Syracuse Crunch kicking of their 21st AHL season against the Springfield Falcons at 7 p.m., one ticket could get fans into both games.

If the Orange beats the Seminoles, fans can show their SU ticket at the Crunch box office for free admission to the Crunch's Upstate University Hospital opening night. If the Orange loses, SU tickets may still be redeemed for a discounted ticket of $15 (savings up to $9 per ticket) when the Crunch host division rival Springfield at 7 p.m. Tickets, while supplies last, must be redeemed at the War Memorial Arena Box Office, and are valid only on Oct. 11, 2014.

The Syracuse Crunch will host the Utica Comets in the Toyota Dome Classic at Syracuse University's Carrier Dome on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014. Tickets to the Toyota Frozen Dome Classic are on sale now and range in price from $20 to $50. Discount ticket prices are available for groups of 15 or more people. Tickets can be purchased either in person at the Syracuse Crunch Office located at the War Memorial Arena on 800 South State Street in Syracuse, by calling (315) 473-4444, at the Carrier Dome Box Office and at all Ticketmaster outlets.

The Crunch kick off the 2014-15 season with four straight home games beginning on Oct. 11 against the Springfield Falcons. Season tickets for 2014-15 can be purchased either in person at the Crunch Box Office located at the War Memorial on 800 South State Street in Syracuse, or by calling the office at (315) 473- 4444.
