Crunch Announce Roster Move

Syracuse, NY (January 11, 2012) - The Syracuse Crunch announced today that goaltender Matt Keetley has been signed to a professional tryout contract.

Keetley, 25, has played in 22 games for the Bakersfield Condors (ECHL) this season, earning a 6-13-2 record, 2.76 GAA and .0916 save percentage. Keetley has played in 91 career AHL games with Quad City and Abbotsford. The Medicine Hat, Alberta native was originally drafted by the Calgary Flames in the fifth round, 158th overall, of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.

The Crunch travel to Binghamton to face the defending Calder Cup Champion Senators on January 13. The team returns home on January 20, 2012 to host the Norfolk Admirals at the War Memorial Arena.
