Coyotes Recall Perlini from Tucson

GLENDALE, ARIZONA - Arizona Coyotes General Manager John Chayka announced today that the Coyotes have recalled forward Brendan Perlini from the Tucson Roadrunners, the club's American Hockey League affiliate (AHL).

The 20-year-old Perlini has registered 11-5-16 in 16 games with Tucson this season. He leads the team and is tied for the most goals in the entire AHL. The 6-foot-2, 212-pound forward was recently named the AHL's rookie of the month in November by collecting 9-3-12 in nine games and included a six-game goal scoring streak, which is the longest such streak by an AHL rookie since March of 2012.

The Guildford, Great Britain native collected 93-95-188 in 217 career games with Niagara and Barrie (OHL). Perlini was drafted by the Coyotes in the first round (12th overall) in the 2014 Entry Draft.
