Cox Sports to cover Schilling's debut

(West Warwick, RI) - Cox Sports TV (http://www.cox-sports.com) will air live coverage of 18 Pawtucket Red Sox games this season, kicking off coverage on Opening Day, Thursday April 7, when World Champion Red Sox ace Curt Schilling takes the mound for the PawSox in Indianapolis. Game time on CST, located on Cox Channel 3, begins at 3 p.m. The game will also be rebroadcast Thursday at 7 p.m.
In addition, Comcast Cable (CN8) will also televise Pawtucket's season-opener from Indianapolis live at 3:00 pm (EDT). CN8 will team with Cox Sports TV on select games throughout the season bringing PawSox baseball to fans in Massachusetts and other parts of New England.
Furthermore, for those fans "stuck" in their office on Thursday afternoon, live video of Schilling and the PawSox will be streamlined free of charge on minorleaguebaseball.com.
"The PawSox are pleased to once again have 18 games (both home and away) televised live on Cox Sports Television this season," said PawSox President Mike Tamburro. "Cox Sports Television is a great partner and they do an outstanding job of bringing PawSox baseball to the fans of Rhode Island. We look forward to another exciting season together."
CST, the local home for the PawSox this season, will carry live coverage of the PawSox this season. Dave Jageler, the radio play-by-play voice of the PawSox, will handle play-by-play for PawSox games on CST. Former Red Sox catcher, Bob Montgomery will once again handle PawSox color analysis. Steve McDonald, a popular Rhode Island radio sportscaster, will report from the sidelines on CST.
