Kalamazoo Wings News Release
It will be a pivotal game four between the Kalamazoo Wings and the Wheeling Nailers in game four of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals. Kalamazoo took a two games to one lead last night with a decisive 5-1 victory at Wings Stadium.
Kalamazoo will hit the ice with a chance to close out the series. Last night, Dustin Cloutier and Riley Gill paved the way to the victory for the K-Wings. Cloutier scored two goals, including the game-winner, while Gill turned aside 37 saves for to win.
With their backs against the wall, the Nailers return to Wings Stadium needing back-to-back wins to fend off elimination. Winning consecutive games away from the WesBanco Arena is nothing new for the Nailers. During the regular season, Wheeling won back-to-back road contests on ten different occasions.

Goaltender Riley Gill has made 101 saves through the first three games of the Quarterfinals. The 101 saves ties Gill with Reading's Matt Owuya for the league-lead for saves in the playoffs.
Dishing it Out
Defenseman Sam Ftorek, who had two assists in game three, now has three assists in the playoffs. The three assists are the most of any defenseman in the ECHL playoffs.
Clinching Game
Kalamazoo enters game four with a chance to close out the series. In their 38-year history, the K-Wings are 24-11 (IHL: 16-9, UHL: 5-1, ECHL 3-1) in clinching games.
