For the first-time this season, the Kalamazoo Wings will battle the Quad City Mallards. With a record of 24-23-3, the K-Wings hold a slight edge in the all-time series against the Mallards.

After concluding a four-game home stand last night with a victory over Chicago, Kalamazoo will play three of the next four contests away from Wings Stadium. Kalamazoo has won two straight games, one shy of their longest winning streak of the year.

Today is the middle stage of a three-game home stand for Quad City. The Mallards started the stretch with a 4-3 victory last night against Port Huron, wiping away a four-game winless streak and capturing Quad City's first home victory of the season.

The 100 Point Club

With an assist on Brett Pilkington's goal last night versus Chicago, K-Wing Captain Nick Bootland reached the 100-point plateau in his K-Wings career. Bootland became just the tenth K-Wings UHL player to record 100 points with the franchise.

Road Warriors

Kalamazoo commences the day as the last team in the league still undefeated on the road. Kalamazoo enters The Mark with a record of 3-0-0 away from Wings Stadium.
