Countdown to Face-Off

Kalamazoo Wings News Release
The Kalamazoo Wings and the Rockford IceHogs return to the ice tonight for Game Two of the Best of Seven 1st round Colonial Cup Series. Rockford skated away with game one last night to take a slight one game lead in series.
After suffering their first UHL home playoff loss less than 24 hours ago, the K-Wings look to rebound and tie the Best of Seven Series. In the regular season, the K-Wings used a score by committee mentality to succeed, Kalamazoo will look to use the same strategy to propel them in the post season.
While the K-Wings suffered their first home playoff loss, the Rockford IceHogs won their first-ever road playoff game to take the lead in the series. With the series heading back to Rockford next Tuesday and Wednesday the IceHogs would love nothing more than to go up 2 games to none against the K-Wings.
