Kalamazoo Wings News Release

For the first-time in the month of March, the K-Wings will hit the road to battle the Muskegon Fury. Tonight's encounter will be the last between the intra-state rivals this season. On the year, the K-Wings are 1-7-0 against the Fury; however, the K-Wings did win the last game between the teams at Wings Stadium back on March 4th.

Tonight's game will commence a four-game road swing for the K-Wings. With a record of 20-10-4 away from Wings Stadium, Kalamazoo is tied with Adirondack and Fort Wayne for most road wins in the UHL. The K-Wings enter the game just eight points behind the Fury for the top spot in the Central Division.

While the K-Wings are one of the top road teams in the league, no team in the UHL has defended its home ice better than the Muskegon Fury. Muskegon is an impressive 24-4-3 at the L.C. Walker Arena this season, which includes three victories over Kalamazoo.
