Cottonmouths road game on the air

COLUMBUS, Ga. – The Columbus Cottonmouths of the SPHL have announced they have teamed up with WCJM 100.9 FM to provide the Cottonmouths "Game of the Week" via WCJM. In addition to all games home and away being broadcast on the Internet via Live365, one game per week will be simulcast on WCJM for the remainder of the season. The Cottonmouths weekly coach's show featuring head coach Jerome Bechard, Dana Barker, and Mike Vee will continue to be broadcast each Monday night on WCJM at 6:00 PM EST as well.

"This is a perfect opportunity for fans to follow the Cottonmouths if they are away from their home computers and can't listen via the Internet," said Dana Barker, the voice of the Cottonmouths and Director of Communications. "With WCJM's signal originating in West Point, it also helps us better reach our fans north of Columbus in the LaGrange, Valley, and Auburn/Opelika areas."

The calendar of games that will be simulcast on WCJM follows, along with start times for the broadcast (all times Eastern Standard). The "Fourth Period Show" with Dana Barker will also be broadcast on WCJM immediately after the conclusion of each game. Fans can call in with any questions at (706) 645-2991.
