Columbus Cottonmouths News Release
The Columbus Cottonmouths have made one change to the revised 2006-07 home schedule. Due to the withdrawal of the Florida Seals from the SPHL, the Cottonmouths home game on Fri., Jan. 26 was originally rescheduled for Thurs., Jan. 25 against the Huntsville Havoc. However, due to a scheduling conflict with events at the Columbus Civic Center, that game will now be played on Tuesday, Feb. 27 against Huntsville. Tickets that have already been purchased for the Jan. 26 game will be honored for the Feb. 27 game.
The Snakes are on the road this weekend versus the Fayetteville Fire Antz on Fri., Jan. 19 and the PeeDee Pride, Jan. 20. They return home Sat., Jan. 27 for 'Racin' Night' at the Snake Pit. The Cottonmouths will be wearing commemorative racing jerseys which will be signed by Petty and auctioned off immediately following the game.
The King of Racing, Richard Petty, will be in attendance. A limited number of tickets are available to a meet and greet session. Tickets are $100 each and available on www.cottonmouths.com or through the Cottonmouths office.
