Copperheads Hold Open House-Ribbon Cutting

HOUSTON, TX - March 1, 2007 - The Texas Copperheads and the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting / open house for all businesses and fans at the Berry Center on Monday, March 5th at 11:30 am. The center will serve as the new home of Houston's only Arena Football team.

Fans and business leaders will be allowed into seating areas for a glimpse at the brand-new arena, which will also house the teams' ticketing area, merchandising sales, coaches/players meeting rooms. While many will also tour the arena and suite levels. The fans will also have the opportunity to purchase discounted season tickets, and all attendees will receive the opportunity to participate in special drawings throughout the event.

Special winners will also receive an official arena football and four tickets to the season opener, the first professional sports event at the beautiful Berry Center and the return of Arena Football to the Bayou City. Beverages and light hordorves will be served during the ribbon cutting / open house sponsored by the Texas Copperheads.

Head Coach Bryan Blake added, "We are excited about having our operations along with team headquarters located at our arena. It will give fans the opportunity to be closer to the team and it will give them the opportunity to purchase merchandise at anytime. The Copperheads organization is committed to being part of the community for which we serve."
