
Connecticut Sun To Host Dance Clinic

UNCASVILLE, Conn. (June 12, 2008) - Solar Power, the Connecticut Sun dance team, will host a clinic for children ages 7-15 on Tuesday, July 15th from 1-5 p.m. in Mohegan Sun Arena.
Led by Solar Power choreographers Andrea Ricci and Emily Sasson, participants will learn two dance routines at the clinic, and will receive a ticket to the game between the Sun and the Liberty that follows the event. Everyone that learned the routines will have the opportunity to perform live at halftime with the Solar Power Dance Team, a dvd of which will be available for purchase following the game.
Space is limited to the first 200 registrants. Participants that register in advance will pay $40, while walk-ups will be charged $45. Registration the day of the event begins at 12 noon. Dancers must bring black dance pants to wear and a Solar Power Dance Team clinic t-shirt will be provided.
