Connally Edozien Makes Team Of The Week

Cary, NC - In announcing USL-1 Team of the Week honors for Week Two today, the USL took note of Connally Edozien's beautiful shot last Saturday night against the Charleston Battery that led to the RailHawks home opener win. Edozien's goal came in the 32nd minute after Kupono Low served him the ball and Connally took it through four Battery defenders before placing the ball in the top right corner of the frame.

"Connally had a tremendous game," said RailHawks Head Coach Scott Schweitzer. "It is always nice for a player to see that all the hard work put in training is rewarded. His team of the week honor is well deserved"

Connally Edozien and the rest of the RailHawks now travel to Miami where they will face Miami FC on Sunday, May 4th. The match, as with all Carolina RailHawks games, will be broadcast in USLLive.com.

The Carolina RailHawks return to WakeMed Soccer park on Saturday May 10th at 7:30 PM as they host the Atlanta Silverbacks.
