TONIGHT

The Condors and Aces meet up for the fourth time on the season. The two clubs will meet 11 times this season, with the Condors skaing in six games in Alaska, and five here at Rabobank Arena. The 11-game season series is the second highest number of meetings in a season between the two teams, and the most since a 14-game series in 2002-03, when there were only six teams in the West Coast Hockey League.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT

The Condors dropped a pair of games on the road in Colorado last weekend, and are looking to snap a five-game losting streak. F Peter Boyd scored twice in a 6-3 setback on Saturday night. Both goaltenders played over the weekend, with G Matt Keetley between the pipes in a 3-0 loss on Friday, and G Bryan Pitton on Saturday.

The Aces have taken at least a point in six of their last seven games (5-1-1-0) since a 4-0 blanking by Bakersfield in Alaska on Nov. 2. They are coming off an overtime loss Saturday night in Idaho. They are playing in just their fifth road game of the season.

CONDORS NOTES

The Condors blueline gets a boost today with the activation of D Erik Burgdoerfer from injured reserve. The second-year defenseman played in the first five games of the season before a broken hand sidelined him... RW Scott Freeman and C Mathew Sisca are second and third, respectively, in rookie scoring in the ECHL... F Peter Boyd has two shorthanded goals on the season, tied for the league lead.

ACES NOTES

G Gerald Coleman has all 10 of the Aces wins in net, but G Adam Courchaine has surrendered just one goal in both of his starts, and boasts a .964 save percentage to go with his 0-1-1 record... The Aces leading scorer is RW Dan Kissel, who made his pro debut with the Condors out of the University of Notre Dame in 2009-10... Alaska's leader in penalty minutes is Wes Goldie, known more for his offensive skills. Goldie is second in ECHL history with 337 goals, and needs 32 more to break the all-time record... 19 players on the Aces roster played at least one game with the team last season, and another played with them in 2009-10.

TRANSACTIONS

D Erik Burgdoerfer activated from 21-IR (11/22)... F Parker Stanfield placed on 3-IR (11/22)... F Mike Kramer released (11/22)... F Tyler Helfrich acquired from Gwinnett for future considerations (11/21)... D Justin Pender signed (11/18)... D Alain Goulet remains on 7-IR (as of 11/12).
