Aliu Recalled From Colorado

LOVELAND, Colo. - The Colorado Eagles, proud affiliate of the NHL's Winnipeg Jets & the AHL's St. John's IceCaps, announced today that forward Akim Aliu (pronounced: ah-keem Al-E-ooh) has been recalled through the team's affiliation agreement.

Aliu has played in 10 games this season with the Eagles, registering six points (2-4-6), a minus-1 plus/minus rating and 28 penalty minutes.

The Eagles will host the Idaho Steelheads three times this week (Wednesday, Friday & Saturday) at the Budweiser Events Center.
