BAKERSFIELD Calif.-The Bakersfield Condors are satisfying fans during the month of July with free food. Yes, FREE FOOD. For just one month only, the purchase of a Condors season ticket package will net fans large swaths of complimentary grub.
From July 1 through July 31, purchase a new Weekender Plan or Full Season Ticket Plan and receive $25 per seat in food coupons to be used at various Condors sponsors' restaurants, such as California Pizza Kitchen and Marie Callender's, among others. This means the purchase of four season tickets will earn $100 in free food. Weekender Plans include 28 regular season games (all Friday, Saturday and Sunday home games). The Weekender and Full Season plans also both include the preseason game against Las Vegas, the ECHL All-Star Classic and the first four home playoff games.
"If you like to have fun, and are also among the billions of people on this planet who require food to live, then you should be jumping all over this deal!" said Condors President Matthew Riley. "To potentially receive a hundred dollars or more in free food, just for purchasing a ticket package that will provide first-class sports entertainment for the entire family is astounding, mind-boggling... one could even say inconceivable!"

The Condors leader in goals, assists, points, power play goals and shots on goal from the 2009-10 season, F Stephane Goulet, has put his personal jersey from the Condors up for auction on Ebay Canada (www.ebay.ca). Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
