CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors have signed RW John McFarland to an AHL contract for the 2018-19 season.
McFARLAND
26 years old, 6'0", 212 lbs. native of Richmond Hill, Ontario
Spent the past two seasons in Europe with HC La Chaux-de-Fonds (Switzerland) and SaiPa (Finland)
Has played 190 AHL games with San Antonio and Portland with 39 goals and 42 assists for 81 points
Made his NHL debut in the 2015-16 season and played three games with the Florida Panthers
With Saginaw, Sudbury, and Ottawa in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) he amassed 190 points (90g-100a) in 219 games from 2008-2012
Drafted in the 2nd round (#33 overall) of the 2010 NHL Draft by Florida
