Kansas City Comets News Release

Kansas City wraps up its current road trip with games this weekend in Milwaukee (Friday, November 14, 7:00 p.m.) and Philadelphia (Saturday, November 15, 7:05 p.m. Eastern, 6:05 p.m. Central). Results from the games can be obtained in any of the ways outlined above.

The Wave and KiXX are a combined 9-2 this season, and neither has lost a home game.

Friday's game in Milwaukee will be broadcast live back to Kansas City on Channel 38 The Spot. The game can also be seen on a tape-delayed basis on Sunday, November 16, at 12:30 p.m. on Metro Sports.

The Comets went 2-4 against Milwaukee in 2002-03, and are 29-45 all-time against the Wave. Kansas City is 7-29 all-time in Milwaukee, including a 1-2 mark last season. The two teams will meet for the first time since the Wave eliminated the Comets from the 2003 MISL Playoffs with a 20-18 victory last April 6.

Kansas City is 11-12 against Philadelphia all-time (2-3 last season). The Comets are 4-7 all-time at the Wachovia Spectrum.

The Comets will have a brief respite from travel when the KiXX come to town on Friday, November 28, for a 6:05 p.m. kickoff. Kansas City will then hit the road again for three games: December 5 in Monterrey, December 7 in Dallas, and December 13 in Baltimore.
