The Comets (17-20) close out the 2004-05 Major Indoor Soccer League season this weekend at Kemper Arena.
The Comets play the first game of their back-to-back series on Friday, April 22 at Kemper Arena. Get here early and receive a Spalding Mini-Ball, courtesy of Gold Bank. The Comets have a chance to play spoiler in Friday's game because the Steamers are still shooting for the fourth playoff spot. The Steamers are one and a half games ahead of the Chicago Storm for the final playoff berth. St. Louis leads the season series against the Comets, 4-2.
The Comets host the Philadelphia KiXX in their 2004-05 regular season finale on Saturday, April 23. The first 2,000 fans through the gates will receive an Entertainment Coupon Book. The match kicks off at 7:35 p.m. It's Fan Appreciation Night, and fabulous prizes will be awarded to Comets fans throughout the evening. After the game, head to Replay's for a post-game party sponsored by Harrah's North Kansas City Casino & Hotel. The Comets will have a chance to tie the season series, which Philadelphia currently controls at 3-2.

A broadcast of Saturday's overtime win against the KiXX is scheduled to replay at noon on Friday, April 22 and at 8 p.m. on Saturday, April 23. On Time Warner Cable, Metro Sports is channel 30. On Comcast Cable, Metro Sports is channel 44 in Missouri and channel 68 in Kansas.
