Baltimore Blast Signed goalkeeper Brian Rowland to a one-year contract with an option year.
Cleveland Force Suspended forward Chris Stathopoulos indefinitely without pay for failure to comply with his contract and report to training.
Signed forward Christopher A. Dure to a one-year contract with an option year.
Kansas City Comets Suspended forward Dino Delevski for one week without pay for unprofessional behavior.
Suspended forward Goran Karadzov indefinitely without pay for leaving the country without proper authorization.
Re-activated defender Anthony Maher from the Injured Reserve List effective 11/12/03
