Columbus Assigns Five Players to Springfield

Springfield, MA - The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced today that five players have been assigned to Springfield by their National Hockey league affiliate, the Columbus Blue Jackets. Falcons training camp officially starts on Wednesday, September 29 with the first practice set for 10:30 am Wednesday morning.
The following five players were assigned to the Falcons: Forwards Kyle Neuber, Chris Francis and Tyler Murovich and defensemen Michael Ratchuk and Dalton Prout.
FALCONS TRAINING CAMP ICE SCHEDULE:
Wednesday, September 29 Ice Time - 10:30 am @ MassMutual Center
Thursday, September 30 Ice Time - 10:30 am @ MassMutual Center
Friday, October 1 Ice Time - 10:30 am @ MassMutual Center
Pre-season Game @ MassMutual Center Vs. Worcester - 7:30 pm
Saturday, October 2 Ice Time - 10:30 am @ MassMutual Center
Pre-season Game @ MassMutual Center Vs. Providence - 7:00 pm
Springfield will host a pair of pre-season games at the MassMutual Center starting on Friday, October 1 when they host the Worcester Sharks at 7:30 pm. The Falcons will face the Providence Bruins on Saturday, October 2 at The Nest starting at 7 pm to conclude their exhibition schedule.
The Falcons open their 2010-11 regular season schedule on Friday, October 8 at Providence before playing their home opener on Saturday, October 9 against the Bruins. Single game tickets for both the 2010-2011 pre-season and regular season are on sale at the MassMutual Center Box Office and online at ticketmaster.com.
MassMutual Center Box Office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 10am - 4 pm, or four hours prior to an event.
