Head Coach James Chambers

On his overall thoughts:

"Disappointed, I think the players did a lot over the past two weeks, and we just didn't show what we put in the last two weeks. It's sickening, it's really, really disappointing, it's not anger or frustration, it's just a disappointment right now."

What are your thoughts about the rotation on the backline from tonight's match?

"It's not defending it's moving. That's been an Achilles heel. That's been something we've applied for the last number of weeks. Then when we get into game time, and when it's show time and we don't defend, we just don't do basic defending."

Quenzi Huerman:

What could the team have done to clean things up?

"I think we got to put our bodies on the line and get a goal within four minutes. We spoke before the game about being ready from the start, and obviously, it wasn't the case so we gotta get back to work, and do a whole lot better. We aren't at the level right now. We're disappointed for the fans and we just want to do better, not only for the fans, but our pride and our season, because we know we can turn things around, and we have to as soon as possible."

Duke Lacroix:

How can the team adjust and get in the right positions on the backline?

"It's about consistently doing the basics correctly and we just got to get into the habit of doing that over and over again. We have to do a better job of getting the basics right continuously and then we can build and do more complex plays. If we can't get the basics right, then the results show. It's tough to build yourself out of a hole when you're playing from behind all the time."
