Hartford Colonials Kickoff, a 30-minute weekly show that airs Saturday on the CW Network (WCCT-TV) at noon, has exclusive interviews and features of Connecticut's professional football team. The program is produced by Motion Inc., a Hartford-based film and video production company.
The Oct. 2nd show features:
* The Colonials band together with the United Way and The Hartford at a battle-of-the-bands style fundraiser in Simsbury.
* Colonials fullback Asaph Schwapp gives back to the community by giving pointers to the East Hartford Hornets, a Connecticut Youth Football League team.
* Profile on Colonials strong safety Ryan Glasper, who has strong local ties.
* Interview with Tight Ends/Offensive Line Coach Oji Fagan.
* A behind-the-scenes look at Colonials Equipment Manager Ben Ginn.
* Meet players Maurice Fountain, Auston English, Danny Lansanah and Shaheer McBride.
