
Coach Fuller addresses Graduating Class

Omaha, NE - Omaha Beef Head Coach and General Manager Robert Fuller was the guest speaker last week for the Airman Leadership graduating class of Bravo Company 06. Coach Fuller shared his coaching/leadership philosophy to the crowd of more than 350 in attendance.
"It was truly an honor to be asked to speak at such a prestigious event and to share my leadership philosophy with some of the military's finest," said Coach Fuller. "The graduates going through the program there are taught and trained in the same fundamental belief system that characterizes all great sports franchises. They emphasis characteristics like team work, accountability, communication, self discipline, along with creating a 'team before self' environment that is crucial for any successful team."
