Missoula PaddleHeads News Release
Kalispell, MT- The Missoula PaddleHeads offense struggled for a large portion of the action on Thursday night opposite the Glacier Range Riders. That was a trend that continued after the first 2 games of the 6 game series at Flathead Field that went the Range Riders way. Trailing by 3 entering the final 3 innings, Missoula's attack would come through down the stretch when they needed production the most.
Missoula's offense would tally 5 runs in the final 3 innings to erase a lead that the Range Riders held for a large portion of the action. The PaddleHeads showed guts as well coming down the stretch as each of the runs scored coming to the finish line were scored with 2-outs recorded. Glacier would show fight in the late innings, but would not be able to match the output of Missoula who would hang on for a 7-5 win.
