Pensacola Pelicans News Release

Pensacola-area Circle K locations will begin selling Pensacola Pelicans tickets on Saturday, May 2. Besides buying directly from the Pelicans, Circle K is now the only way to acquire Pelicans tickets for the 2009 season.

Pensacola-area Circle K locations are the Official Ticket Vendor and also feature Pelicans Schedule Cups: 20 ounce drink cups with the Pelicans 2009 home schedule printed on them. Pelican Park will also sell the cups during home games.

Additionally, Circle K is a sponsor of the 2009 Pre-Season Extravaganza on May 1 at Pelican Park. From 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. attendees can meet the 2009 Pensacola Pelicans, practice the new 2009 on-field games, and purchase individual game tickets. Tryouts will be held to sing the national anthem, PA announce the games, and become an Ushertainer. Beer, hot dogs, Pepsi drinks, and pizza are $1 each. Kids ages 7-12 can take part in a free Pelicans baseball clinic.

Circle K has been serving customers for over 50 years and has multiple locations in the Pensacola-area. Circle K has over 3,000 locations across the United States, and over 4,000 locations internationally. More information on Circle K can be found online at www.circlekgulfcoast.com.
