CHSAA Boys Lacrosse Championship Matchups Announced; Outlaws Face Rochester

DENVER - The Denver Outlaws (3-0) will host the CHSAA State Championships prior to their matchup against the Rochester Rattlers (2-1) this Saturday, May 17, 2014. Denver is looking to earn its 24th consecutive regular-season win, a streak unprecedented in Major League Lacrosse history.
The Outlaws have not lost a regular season game since June 23, 2012, and own three of MLL's top six win streaks since 2006. With Denver's 14-0 record in 2013, the Outlaws became the just the fourth major pro sports team to go undefeated for a season, joining the 2007 New England Patriots, 1972 Miami Dolphins, and 1948 Calgary Stampeders in that feat.

Prior to Saturday's game against Rochester, the Outlaws will host the CHSAA State Championships at Sports Authority Field at Mile High. The 4A Championship features Wheatridge and Ponderosa facing off at 2:00 pm, and the 5A Championship is slated to follow at approximately 4:30 p.m. and will showcase Cherry Creek against Regis Jesuit.
Tickets are $10 for students and $12 for adults and provide admission for all three exciting lacrosse matchups. Fans already in possession of Outlaws tickets will be able to use those tickets to arrive early and watch the CHSAA State Championship matchups. Parking will be free for all fans until 4:30 p.m. and the stadium's clear bag policy is in effect for all games.
