ChivaGirls on national TV this week

CARSON, Calif. (Wednesday, July 26, 2006) - The ChivaGirls, the official female ambassadors of Major League Soccer club Chivas USA, take the national spotlight this week, starting with today's television appearance by ChivaGirls Andrea, Julieta, Kortney and Marcie on the pregame show of Chivas Guadalajara's semifinal match against Sao Paulo in the Copa Libertadores on Fox Sports Español and Fox Sports International, a match which is being played at the Estadio Jalisco in Guadalajara.

Then, tomorrow, Thursday, July 27, ChivaGirls Yadira, Violeta and Rocío, have been invited to appear on the popular nationwide afternoon talk show 'El Gordo y la Flaca', which airs from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. PT on Univision. The three will join 'El Gordo' Raúl de Molina in his jacuzzi at the show's studios in Miami.

Finally, don't miss Friday, when Univision's nationwide morning show 'Despierta América' presents a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the 2007 ChivaGirls Calendar. Shot earlier this month on the beaches of Rosarito, Baja California, the ChivaGirls calendar goes on sale this fall and will be the hottest yet, following the success of this year's edition.
