
Chill Still Looking For Local Talent

On Sunday February 9th from 10-2 pm at the Grant MacEwan Gym, home of the Edmonton Chill, the team will again give local folks an opportunity to be a part of the city's newest sports team. This time however, the team is looking for women.
Edmonton Chill Dance Team Director Danielle Alasaad, will be looking for women 18 years of age or older, with dance team experience to fill out her next championship level squad. Danielle currently serves as the Head Coach of the Grant MacEwan dance team which is fresh off a terrific 2006-2007 season. They finished last year by winning a Diamond Award and the Overall Small Group Championship at the annual Candance tournament, one of Canada's most prestigious competitions. Danielle is looking for a crew of 15 dancers with the skill and willingness to commit to the entire 3-month season. The tryouts will be open to the public.
