Chill Add Second IBL All-Star to 2008 Team
January 31, 2008 - International Basketball League (IBL)
Edmonton Chill News Release
The Edmonton Chill have taken another step towards assembling what they believe will be a top-flight team for 2008 with the addition of 2007 IBL All-Star Antoine Jarrell.
While playing with the Salem Stampede last year he finished 10th in the IBL in scoring with a 25 points per game average. In fact, in a game against the Central Oregon Hotshots he scored a league record 68 points, coming off the bench. Antoine played high school basketball at Jefferson High School in Portland, Oregon, one of the state's premier prep institutions. He then moved on to play NCAA Division-1 ball with both the University of Texas-El Paso and then transferred closer to home with Portland State.
