
Chill Re-Signs Harper

ROCHESTER, MINN., OCTOBER 3, 2002_ The Minnesota Chill today re-signed outside hitter Tyra Harper (Ft. Myers Beach, Fla., University Central Florida).
Harper finished in the top 10 in five different United States Professional Volleyball (USPV) statistical categories in 2002.
Harper averaged 2.9 points, 2.3 kills, 0.4 blocks, 0.2 aces and 2.5 digs per game for the Chill, which won the 2002 USPV championship.
"It will be great playing in Minnesota again, the fans gave us a lot of support," said Harper who spent the off-season in Rochester. "They really got into the games last season. They are the best fans of USPV."
Minnesota begins defense of its USPV title January 10 against Chicago at the Mayo Civic Center Auditorium in Rochester, Minn.
