ROCHESTER, MINN., October 24, 2002_ The Minnesota Chill today announced the signing of opposite hitter Lindsay Henning (Crystal Lake, Ill, Penn State University).
Henning started the first seven matches of the 2002 season but had her season cut short due to a shoulder injury. She averaged 3.0 points, 2.3 digs and 2.0 kills per game for the Chill.
Henning was named an AVCA All-American in 1998 and helped PSU reach the NCAA championship match twice during her collegiate career.
The Chill begins defense of its USPV championship on January 10 when it hosts Chicago in a rematch of last year's USPV championship series at the Mayo Civic Center Auditorium in Rochester, Minn.
