Chiles Set to Pass Veee, But Still Chasing Segota for All Time Scoring Record

Carlsbad CA - Due to the fractured history of the indoor game, official records are few and far between. An MASL historian has presented new statistics which state that Branko Segota is the Sockers' undisputed all-time regular season leading scorer with 298 goals while Juli Veee and and Kraig Chiles are tied for second with 254.
Despite this new information, the club still sees Chiles impending takeover of Veee's mark as a monumental achievement and the start of a new chapter in Chiles' hunt for Segota's record.
To surpass the scoring mark of such a legendary player as Juli Veee is a historic feat and a huge credit to Chiles and his continued contribution to the history and tradition of the San Diego Sockers.
The Sockers would like to apologize to Kraig Chiles, the fans and members of the media for its mistake and any inconvenience it may have caused.
We encourage everyone to pack the Valley View Casino Center on Thursday evening for this momentous occasion as a credit to Chiles achievements, his teammates and the fans that make our organization such a proud staple of the indoor game.
