Spokane Chiefs News Release

The Spokane Chiefs have announced they have released 19-year-old defenseman Ryan Bryce. Bryce, who appeared in three games this season, is waiting for re-assignment.

WHL guidelines state that rosters must be down to 25 on October 10th and the move puts the Chiefs at that number. Spokane's roster consists of two goaltenders, eight defensemen and 15 forwards.

The Chiefs will host the Portland Winter Hawks on Tuesday with a portion of the walk-up proceeds going back to Project Share. The game will be one of four this week for Spokane and the first of two at home. Spokane will host the Everett Silvertips Friday on Boomer's Birthday. The Chiefs will travel to Kelowna on Saturday and Seattle on Sunday.

Tickets for all home games are available by calling the Chiefs office at (509) 535-PUCK or TicketsWest at (800) 325-SEAT.
