Chiefs Comeback To Win

Johnstown, PA- The Johnstown Chiefs scored three 3rd period goals to go onto win 4-3 in a shootout over the Greensboro Generals Sunday afternoon at the War Memorial.

The Chiefs were down 3-0 before Dmitri Tarabrin, Jim Leger and Lukas Smital scored to tie up the game 3-3. The Generals got goals from Rod Aldoff, Chris Bell, and Ole Kjenstad. The Chiefs would win the shootout by a score of 3-2.

Chioefs goaltender Mark Scaly made 35 saves, while Generals goaltender Sebastien Centomo made 36 saves.

The Chiefs improve to 19-24-7 on the season, while Greensboro is now 29-13-5.

The Chiefs will play three more home games this week, beginning Wednesday night, when they host the Lexington Men O'War. It will also be "Wacky Wednesday." All adult tickets will be just $7 and children's tickets $5. Friday night the Chiefs will host the Cincinnati Cyclones, and Saturday night the Wheeling Nailers.
