SYRACUSE (NY) - The Syracuse Chiefs and Ottawa Lynx Spring Training game Sunday in Dunedin, Florida ended in a 4-4 tie after nine innings.
Manny Mayorson and Rob Cosby each had two hits to pace the Chiefs offense.
Ismael Ramirez started on the mound for Syracuse and allowed one run on two hits and struck out two Lynx in three innings of work. Jason Scobie pitched two innings of scoreless relief and Ryan Houston also pitched a scoreless inning for Syracuse.
The Chiefs (1-2-1) host the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees on Monday at 1:00 PM at the Blue Jays complex in Dunedin, Florida.
