Notes:
The Steel took down the Fargo Force by a 3-1 margin on Friday night at Scheels Arena ... Chicago put a season-high 39 shots on goal in the win ... The Steel extended their penalty kill streak to six consecutive nights without a power-play goal against (21-for-21) ... It was the first win for the Steel in Fargo since January 8, 2019. Mathieu De St. Phalle extended his career-long point streak (8G, 5A) to eight games with two goals. Defenseman Owen Power registered his second goal of the season and now has 11 points (2G, 9A) this year. Jimmy Dowd Jr. picked up a helper in the win. Matt Coronato now has five points (2G, 3A) on the season after registering an assist on Friday. Elis Hede recorded his third helper of the year. Victor Ostman made 26 saves in net for Chicago, improving his record to 4-1-0-0.
